- Open a Support Ticket: If your issue requires more in-depth assistance, you can open a support ticket on the platform by using the Zendesk feature. Simply fill out the ticket with the details of your issue, and our support team will receive your ticket and respond as soon as possible.

- Contact Us Form: If you have a general question or inquiry, you can fill out our Contact Us form on our website. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Opening a support ticket from within the application
1. Open the support widget that is in the bottom right of the screen
2. Initially typing in your question to the chat widget will come back with article suggestions of the issue you are having. If you would like to speak to support staff instead, please click 'Get in touch' then 'Leave us a message'. This will open the ticket form to fill out.
3. Fill out the ticket with as much detail as possible on your issue and a member of the support team will be in touch.
