Tickets are the best way for users to get in touch with our team. These can be submitted in both the platform and the Help Centre.
Platform
- Using the Zendesk icon in the bottom right corner
- Open the Zendesk window by clicking on the icon
- Ask your question in the chat and you will be suggested some of our articles to see if that can solve your issue.
- If it doesn't then please select 'Get in touch' which will bring up the ticket
- Fill in the ticket with details of your issue
- An email will besent to your email address letting you know the progress of the ticket
- One of the team will be in touch to help
