Adding a property & Linking a mortgage account

Steps

• Go to connections

• Select the property category

• Click on the add button

Linking a mortgage

• • When on the property form click on the link mortgage dropdown
  • If you have not connected a mortgage yet you can go to the loan connection page to do so
  • If you have mortgages connected - choose one from the drop down
  • Multiple loans can be associated with one property

• Fill in fields of the property details
• Choose whether the property is private (Do you want your advisor to see this in your profile?) or adviser managed (does your adviser manage this for you?).

• Click save and add
