Steps:
1. Go to Connections
2. Click on the connection category of the account that needs refreshing.
3. Click on the button with the 3 dots to open the option menu.
4. Click "Refresh" on the account that needs refreshing.
5. You will then be taken to the provider screen to refresh the account, please follow the steps on the screen to complete the refresh.
