Advisers can manually add accounts for clients when data isn't available via a connected integration.
How to add a manual account:

Go to the Clients page and select a client.

Navigate to the Connections tab.

Select the relevant account category (e.g. Banking, Property, Crypto).

Click the Add button in the top right.

Fill in the account details in the form.

Click Save to create the account.
The new account will appear in the client’s portfolio and analysis views.
Manual accounts can be edited or removed at any time if updates are needed.
