Advisers can create and assign ownership structures to organise a client’s assets (e.g. trusts, limited companies, joint accounts).
Adding an Ownership Structure

Go to the Clients page and open a specific client.

Navigate to the Ownership Structures tab.

Click Add Structure.

Fill in the key details:

Structure name
-
Description (optional)
-
Entity type
-
Ownership percentage
-
(Optional) Parent structure to create a sub-structure
-
Colour for visual identification
-
-
Click Add to save.
Linking Accounts to an Ownership Structure
You can assign structures to any account in two ways:
1. From the Connected Accounts table

Go to the relevant asset tab (e.g. Banking, Property).

Use the Ownership Structure dropdown next to each account.
2. When adding or editing an account manually

Use the Ownership Structure field in the form before saving.
This allows you to keep client portfolios properly grouped and structured.
