Managing Your Ownership Structures

You can set up ownership structures (like trusts, companies, or joint accounts) to organise how your assets are grouped.

Adding an Ownership Structure

1. Go to Settings > Ownership Structures.

2. Click Add Structure.

3. Fill in the details:

   • Name

   • Entity type

   • Ownership percentage

   • (Optional) Description and parent structure

   • Colour for quick identification

4. Click Add to save.

A default Personal structure is automatically created for you.

Assigning Accounts to a Structure

1. From the Connected Accounts table

• Go to the relevant account section (e.g. Banking, Investments).

• Use the Ownership Structure dropdown next to each account to assign or update.

2. When manually adding an account

• Use the Ownership Structure field in the account form.

This helps ensure your accounts are accurately grouped under the right entity.
